LOYALTY POINTS

Loyalty points are HOBBYSHOP money accumulated in the online store www.hobbyshop.lv during each purchase, which can be exchanged for products in the Loyalty points section.

Points can only be accumulated by registered users with each purchase.

Points are accumulated by purchasing goods and gift coupons.

If you pay with a gift coupon that has already been purchased, no additional loyalty points are added.

1 euro – 10 points. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example 10 euros spent turns into 100 points; 15.99 euros becomes 150 points, 48.77 euros becomes 480 points, etc.

Points received are valid for half a year. If they are not used within this period, they expire. If additional purchases are made during this period, all points will be valid for another six months, counting from the day of the last purchase.

You can see the number of points you have accumulated and their validity period by logging into your account.

You can purchase products for loyalty points separately or together with other products.

If you only purchase a product for points or the amount of other goods purchased together is less than 40 euros and you choose delivery to your home or parcel machine, then you will be charged an additional delivery fee.

If you have accumulated a lot of points, you can buy several different products with points in one purchase.

When returning goods purchased in the electronic store www.hobbyshop.lt, the loyalty points received during this order will be cancelled.

Every registered customer has the opportunity to receive additional loyalty points. By logging in to your account, you can leave reviews about the board games you’ve played. If the review is informative, detailed, reviews various aspects of the game and is useful to other buyers, then we have the right to award you an individual amount of bonus points after reviewing it.
